Transformation and Dehydration Activities

We train and empower youths, idps, women and persons living with disabilities on the production of locally made dehydrators and to use them in the following:
  • Dehydration of fruits like plum, mango, carrot, pineapples, pawpaw, amongst others
  • Dehydration of food vegetables like: cowpeas, huckleberry, cabbage amongst others
  • Dehydration of spices like ginger, turmeric, onions, garlic, pepper, leaks amongst others.
  • Transformation of products like cassava flour, plantain flour, sweet potatoes flour, yam flour, amongst others.
  • Transformation of mango, papaw, oranges and carrot in to synthetic juice.
  • Transformation of fruits to jam
